Miss Fran

Owner/Director/Toddler Teacher

I have been in the child care industry for since 2010 and opened Poppy’s Playhouse in March of 2018. I am a mom of 4 and have always loved caring for children. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development. Child care has always been my passion and I love being a part of a child's most important developmental stages.

Miss Madison

Director/ToddlerTeacher

I have been the director of Poppy's Playhouse since 2019. I have a Master's Degree from Duquesne University in Early Childhood Education and a BA in Psychology. I am the oldest of 4 and took on a caregiving role at a young age. Child care has given me the opportunity to be with children during various stages of their lives and development.

Floating Teacher

I have been working with children for the last 12 years. I have 2 younger siblings that sparked my interest in working with children. I nannied for 2 families for 4 years before joining the team here at Poppy's Playhouse. I am currently enrolled in Nursing School with the hopes of one day becoming a pediatric nurse.

Preschool Teacher

I am married with three amazing sons. I started my career in early childhood education. teaching preschool and

pre-k from 2000-2005. I went on to receive my Associates degree in culinary arts in 2006. After working in the culinary industry for many years. I have come back to early childhood education because it has always been my passion. I am excited to be back in this industry!

I am the proud mom of two wonderful sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and the love of my life, my grandson Deacon! I had an in-home daycare and nannied for many years. I am passionate about the growth and development of children and love to see them blossom over the years.
